Omg. I remember watching this is as a kid and I re-watched it last night and this has to be one of my all time favourite fantasy flicks.
This is up there with Excalibur as being the best adaptation of the Arthurian tales ever put on screen (I know it isn't 100% faithful to the original poem, though).
Out of the cast, the main reason to watch this is Sean Connery.. although you do get a whole host of other well known actors.
A lot of people say this is cheesy but I don't agree. Woefully underrated masterpiece.
