What do you think their presentation should be at the next comicon?

They should do what Spider-Man 3 did. Show footage, have a huge panel answering questions with everyone important there. It should be THE main event of Comic-Con.

1. Have Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, whoever's harvey dent, and maybe the love interest with chris nolan at the panel to answer questions.

2. Show a preview of the movie...reveal Joker for the first time.

Have Q&A with all the main stars, show off a couple of new 1-sheets, and then either show a preview like they aired on smallville last year, or just 5 minutes of footage in teh form of a long trailer with Joker being shown at teh end of the trailer. Don't debut him by showing a poster, show some actual footage.

I think there will be Q&A and 4 minute footage including shots from one of Joker's scenes.

Have a lot of the main cast members appear. Answering a few questions about the film, not too much to reveal any potential spoilers. Show a decent amount of a preview to get the hype flowing. Mainly some shot of action sequences, some scenes between Batman, Harvey, Gordon, whoever is the love interest(or is Holmes returns), and then finish it off with a reveal of Ledger as Joker.

yeah the Spidey3 presentation was good. although they had the hype of Venom to really bring wind to its sails, not sure of TDK has anything of that magnitude that can get everyone excited. i mean everyone knows what Joker looks like already and Two Face wouldnt even figure in this movie.


.... unless its gonna be a suprise and we get to see Dent transform in the last 5 min of the film

I could see the reveal of Joker being rather big, but it would have to be more that what we saw of Venom. With Venom, you show a half-second clip and everyone freaks out. With Joker, you'd need to see him at least do something in order to get people freaking out like that.

Agreed, but Nolan have already mentioned that he would change Joker's look with more realistic vision.

Also, his Joker will be much darker and less clowny, and I am totally agreed with him. It will look awesome on screen

Yeah....maybe he's sitting in a chair with the spotlight on him or something, like hes performing on stage...and then he says something, cracks a smile and breaks out into his joker laugh.

I agree. None of that low-key marketing stuff this time around.

Well, Comic-Con will be in July, and as I think, they will show 1st teaser-trailer on July 13th.

So we will see Joker only in 1st trailer, which most likely be released in December.

Exactly. Maybe if the chair doesn't work, we just see a shadowy figure. Then he says something and the light shines on his lips, to reveal the smile. Then the laughter hits, for a decent amount of time. Being very bone chilling.

oh im not arguing on which character is more iconic, its just that Vendom has never been seen in live action before, hence the hoopla. we could probably have something like that if we were getting say.... Clayface.

WB skipped the BB Comic-Con panel. And then released the teaser a couple of days afterward. Goyer was there.
