The Dark Knight TDK production art: joker cards

Can someone tell me the name of the artist credited at the end of the slideshow for The Joker's playing cards? Also, could someone write up the quotes that were on two of the playing cards? One card (black with white font) was quoting some lines from what I think is an Edgar Allan Poe story. The other card (brown/red I think) had the same layout and font type, but had text from another story (source unknown). Help would be appreciated, thanks! I'd find them myself but at the moment I can't get back to my PS3 and Blu-Ray disc for a long time. (vacation ATM)
