Terminator 5 idea

Hey guys I've managed to ensemble an idea for a 5-th Terminator movie and i think it's actually good one. What do you think? (I know at some places it's stupid but i mean the idea as a whole thing?)

Cast:
Arnold Schwarzenegger (voice) – T-800
Roland Kickinger – T-800
Sam Worthington – Marcus Wright
Christian Bale – John Connor
Moon Bloodgood – Blair Williams
Bryce Dallas Howard – Kate Connor
Helena Bonham Carter – Dr. Serena Kogan

Plot:
In 2018 just after John Connor (Bale) and Marcus Wright (Worthington) destroy the headquarters of Skynet. Marcus sacrifice he’s heart for John Connor but for they’re surprise the machine part of Marcus turned out to be keeping him alive and stable to find him a new heart. So Kate (Bryce Dallas Howard) and John find a new heart for him and revival him. In that time the resistance finds out that the person responsible for the creation of T-800 model is Doctor Serena Kogan (Helena Bonham Carter), and they use the newly find time transport for an assassination. This time it’s the human that send an assassin not the machines. This assassin is Marcus, since he has the machine straight, and if he kill’s Kogan, they will prevail the creation of the T-800 model. For Marcus surprise Blair (Moon Bloodgood) has followed him. Skynet find out about the human’s intentions and they send the new (at this time) model T-800 (Roland Kickinger’s body and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s CG face and voice) to stop Marcus.

I hated Marcus Wright so cant be doing with more of that, this is John Conners story no need to share the lime light. Oh and your idea sucks.

I was thinking the same thing.After seeing her in TS...she is one of those 'actresses' who should just do nude modeling or hardcore porn. She's not that bad, but Hollywood doesn't have room for another subpar actress who is mainly all looks.

But must everything really be told though? I already knows what happens when they arrive to their destinations so I could care less about seeing what led to them being sent back. What I would like to see is what happens in the future after they are sent back? did we really win or is it too early a victory to claim? too bad it seems that many in hollywood lack the imagination to even explore that area.

Yes this is what we were told and I don't want to seem like a condescending dick here but there are people called screenwriters out there who possess something called imagination. This could allow them to mine new ideas for a movie that takes place in 2029 after the fact that the machines and Kyle were sent back. Just because it's what we were told doesn't mean it's the actual truth who knows if Reese was really as sure as he had thought he was. Who knows if Skynet didn't have some back up tricks up their sleeve and just wanted the resistence to believe this was their "final attempt". This movie could've been an opportunity to explore that instead we get a movie that bores us because we know two of it's main characters will survive no matter what.

This was already done in Terminator 3, which the new films could have followed up on. T3 established that the war continued past 2029. John was killed by the T-850 in 2032. The television show also followed the same path, with the war continuing well past Kyle being sent back.

I prefer my idea. Get the cast of The Expendables, seperate the Terminator lookin' guys from the non Terminator lookin' guys and get them to start killing the hell out of each other.

I suspect IF there is ever another movie, it will be a reboot and not a sequel.
