That Guy With The Glasses

The first review I saw listed when I clicked that link was The Story of Ricky. I gave out a childish squee.

Honestly, I wouldn't watch the Hagan series in order. I'd start with one of the special reviews, like the Land Before Time one, before jumping into the main series.

Actually, her review of Gwendoline has a very disturbing shout out to me in it.

So, I don't know how many people on this thread look at non-TGWTG review sites, but I'm currently being hosted on Xtreme Network Online. A couple months ago the higher ups told me that the contributors to XNO and the contributors of sister site The Geek Fighters (TGWTG's The Rap Critic is hosted there, as is Diamanda Hagan) were going to be merged into one big site.

That site is going to be called Reviewtopia - structured as a city where all the reviewers come to live and work. It's still in alpha, designs have been thrown around, but were probably going to see the site launched around March.

So on behalf of myself and my colleagues, everyone keep an eye out for Reviewtopia's launch.

Everyone go watch the Reviewaverse Saga episode 1!

And while you're at it, check out Clan of the Gray Wolf's Earthbound retrospective. I got to meet them this weekend at MAGFest and they're both awesome guys who derserve a lot of viewers.

I also met Lupa (who is really nice), Scarlett (who is really touchy feely), Nella (who is just plain awesome), Phelous (who was awkward), Skitch (who is really cool), Todd in the Shadows (who recognized me, surprisingly) and Linkara (who threatened me with a sonic screwdriver), but that's a whole bunch of other stories.

I imagine Todd wearing a dark hooded mask in public.

i'd love to do something like this, either a show or podcast, a podcast seems more likely as i've never liked being in front of a camera

but 2 thing stop me 1 no idea how to do it and 2 i'm about as funny as a hammer to the nuts

Why did Linkara threaten you with a screwdriver?

He was joking. He's extremely not shy, to the point where he will joke-threaten a stranger with a Dr Who toy.

What does Todd look like?

Well, he actually looks like [BLACKOUT]oh like I'm gonna tell you?[/BLACKOUT]

I imagine Todd wearing a dark hooded mask in public.

Actually, that's exactly what he wore around the hotel. Once the inevitable vlogs come up you'll see him wearing it.

I'm in the middle of watching Paw's Shenanigans video. Apparently Jesu is like the only person on the site who listens to rap-- other than Rap Critic, of course.

I wonder if Todd will appear in the next anniversary special, or if he'll just stay in his room. It'd be cool if they come up with something clever like with 2-D Lee.

Oh sweet Lord, I would love to see Revuer 1 and White Zeo Six team up... or do battle with one another!

Ooh, I should mention that to Matt next time I talk to him.

Tell him that I think his Saga is one of the best examples of what creativity behind the camera can accomplish regardless of budget. I enjoyed it up until that point, but when I saw trhe Revuer 1 rev up for the first time, what they managed to accomplish through sheer guerilla film making, I knew I was watching something special. The Reviewaverse saga is like a lighthouse in the wild and often uncertain sea of indipendant film making.

Also, I really should follow him on twitter.

Thanks Batto. The cameo surprised me too :yay:

I'll be sure to tell him.

Wait, you're on twitter?

To get banned that fast, they'd have to either post porn or be someone who was previously banned.

I'm going out on a limb, but I think it may have been Battousai. He's been banned a little while now, but the name kind of suggests it.

Everyone, my buddy Diamanda Hagan made a really long review about a superhero movie called Faust a.k.a. Techno Batman-Spawn-verine. It has mutilations, demonic orgies and Power Rangers jokes. Everyone go watch. WATCH NOW!
