Edit: I would probably replace The Littles with Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles though. Maybe add Brave Star as well.

X-men: TAS would be higher up on my list. Darkwing Duck would have been in the top 20. And was Tiny Toons ever a Saturday morning cartoon? If so, I think it would be weird that it wasn't on there. It was far better than Animaniacs imo.

Also, was Pepper Ann on the list? I really liked that one.
