this is how you do action. no shaky cam and wide shots so that you can see everything.

That's only true some of the time
for example Tron applied these rules perfectly yet you don't hear too many people bring up it's brilliant action.

The best action is context driven.(Nolan loves this fact)

That first fight with Rinzler is soooo ****ing sick. The bad ass "Rinzler theme" makes it even more... bad ass.

I dunno, a lot of the sequences in Tron:L, I couldn't tell what was going on half of the time...I don't know if it was the 3D or not,...

Without the room tilt effect that inception scene is akin to nolans more clunky action bits. with the tilt it's pretty cool.

^^^ So cool, say what you will about the Matrix sequels but that freeway chase was awesome.

I never found the same kind of perceived hate for the Matrix sequels...I've always found them to be entertaining and interesting albeit heavily flawed.
