UPDATE #2: This season also includes an 'express pass' which allows the holders of the pass to skip any one task they choose up until the eighth elimination.

Looking forward to the new season starting up, got my girlfriend into the show last year and with True Blood and My Boys ending, we need another show besides Mad Men on Sunday nights. The only problem is the fall season's schedule always gets screwed up due to football running late.

I'm also surprised that girl that got whacked in the face with the watermelon didn't break anything.

Random thoughts:

Don't know how I feel about the express pass. I hope the same team doesn't win it over and over.

Too bad the gay guys went off. I think I would've really liked them.

Team Glee's my favorite for now - as long as they stop singing.

Watching that girl getting hit in the face with the watermelon was more painful and less funny than I thought it would be.

Chad looks like he's going to be wonderfully hateable.

The tatooed team won't last long. I predict them to be the next boot.

"Roid Rage" aka Chad definitely looks like this year's villain. It really was incredible how many times their team's boat kept sinking...and how many times he kept blaming his girlfriend.

It was a shame to see the mother/daughter team go so quickly...I kind of liked them.

Me too. I was kind of hoping they'd show up at the finish line before the father/daughter team. The daughter on that team annoys me.

I must say...the challenges in this past episode were pretty cool.

Last episode should have been a non-elimination challenge. Those volleyball girls were handicapped by starting last because there was absolutely no chance that they could have caught up.

There are always a few of those leggs in each race, it always sucks to have been second to last in the previous one. My biggest gripe about the last episode was that there was a fast forward challenge in such a leg, it would have made a lot more sense to have the fast forward be in a clue box after a long flight so that there would be real competition to get it.

Who got eliminated on this past show? I missed the ending.

The two super hot volleyball girls and I agree about the fast forward challenge. It was really cheap since it just meant the team in first place from the previous challenge would obviously be the first ones to get first dibs on it.
