He did voice Spidey in Edge of time and Ultimate Spider-man in SD so there's a chance since he's worked with Beenox twice before.

I believe it when I see it @next week announcement.

And people seem to forget that we HAVE a gameplay trailer already. Yes the most recent trailer they released in january is considered a gamaplay trailer because it features ingame footage.
If rocksteady labels their trailer correctly you will get an edited gameplay trailer too and no walkthrough trailer.

I'm also kind of bummed that TASM2 comes out for PS3/360 etc. too, I wonder what they could've achieved with PS4/X1/PC only (like B:AK).

Well, TASM2 is a cash in game, so they don't care as much about making it the best game out there, just releasing it on as many platforms as possible in time to capitalize on the hype of the movie.

The Arkham series is a AAA Franchise game. They care more about quality and making the best product so of course it's only on the new systems.

He's the Kevin Conroy to Spider-man.

Agreed, compare the Thor video game to TASM 2.

Beenox are trying their best with what they have.

Now obviously, graphics don't matter and gameplay does.

But TASM 2 already looks leagues better than most movie video games.

Riegel was good, but I just prefer Keaton.

Game over Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Also a cool Gamestop bonus when you pre-order Arkham Knight.

Of course you can. It's just disappointing to not see Spidey get the Arkham treatment when he deserves it just as much as Batman.

I know some people are annoyed with the constant Arkham comparisons, but really, what can you do? It's not just a matter of the bar being raised. It's also a matter of arguments being rendered invalid. Every reason for why Activision doesn't want to make something on par with Arkham has been debunked. We've seen clear evidence that these games have potential and are worth the risk, yet publishers like Activision keep don't seem to pay attention. It's similar to WB's lack of faith in DC films and Fox's lack of faith in more comic book costumes. They're all dated beliefs that have each been proven false by Marvel's films.

I don't buy the current Spidey comics because I think Dan Slott is a terrible writer but I will buy the Mark Waid comic coming.

You can be a fan but you don't have to support everything. Also nothing has sold me about TASM2 game.

I'd argue that even with all the flack they get, Beenox and Activision have been constantly delivering the best movie tie in video games in the market. God knows that those Batman tie in games are nothing next to either the Arkham or the Activision Spidey games.

You are missing out. Dan Slott's Spider-Man run is one of my all time favorites, and I'm an OMD hater.

I just think people can't have the TASM games for what they are, which is hopefully a pretty cool Spider-Man game.
