You can't create your own characters in Marvel Heroes.

But it is still an MMO featuring Marvel characters, unless the previous poster literally means they want a title identical to DC Universe, but featuring Marvel characters instead.

DCU is as generic as they come if you are any sort of serious MMO player. Not that generic is bad, but DCU does nothing for the genre when compared to titles such as The Exiled Realm of Arborea or Wildstar. On the other hand, Marvel Heroes is an amazing Diablo II clone, developed by one of the lead creators for Diablo II. It's fan service at every level for MMO fans and Diablo fans, of which there are plenty. And I don't say this as a person that is more into Marvel. I just say this as a person who is formerly a gamer.

I made my comments based on my opinion on the view I saw of DCUO and the way I played Marvel Heroes

Fair enough. I am well aware that many console gamers are adverse to playing video games in which they can not use a controller, be it mobile games or computer games. To that end, I would have to give the nod to DC Universe Online as it is available for play on Playstation consoles where as Marvel Heroes is PC only and even then, you must play with a keyboard and mouse. There is no controller support.

Yeah, Josh Keaten has the perfect voice for Spider-Man! I thought it was cool that he got to voice Spider-Man in "Edge of Time," while Christopher Daniel-Barnes voiced Spider-Man 2099.
