I vote Raptor. John Rambo against another human would probably be a walk in the park for him. But an animal with the relative intelligence that a Velociraptor showed in Jurassic Park, along with the size, speed and built in weaponry, I just don't see him winning with only a knife.

FFF has a pretty fierce power-set w. Telepathy, acid-breath, and a high intellect while the big 'G' is probably the physically stronger of the two and (possibly) more durable along with his legendary atomic breath.

I"m gonna say that FFF won't fare too well in a direct might-vs-might attack against G because of the atomic breath - if he is in front of the mouth and ain't paying attention he's gonna get rocked, and while he can regenerate and what-not, it still is something he won't be able to take lightly.

I'll say FFF wins by out-maneuvering Godz and keeping away from the atomic breath. Since he can fly I can see this happening after a bit unless he is underestimates his opponent and gets KO'd. (I don't think Godzilla can kill Finny..but he could certainly do enough damage to get a win)
