Hmm...this was supposed to be a difficult match-up when I 1st thought it up, cause one is a virus who can absorb Anti-Venom on contact, while the others are two beings who can cure/kill Mercer on contact. But on my way to work today I realized that this fight will either result in Ati-Venom winning or Mercer just barely killing the AV substance before dying himself.

Pretty much its a battle bewteen a virus and an anti-virus. If either touches the other, I'm assuming Mercer will be the most affected negatively. If he succeeds in absorbing AV, it would probably kill him immediately, and AV would win by default since Mercer would have died via the Anti-Venom substance before Mercer could finish off Eddie, thus with Eddie left, AV wins.

Hmph. It was such a difficult make-ya-think battle up til today. I had fun thinking about it.

So Eddie would win. He may lose the "symbiote" in the end, but Mercer will be erradicated/"cured" (killed) one way or the other.

Sorry its been so long guys since i last updated this thread but i got laid off and lost an uncle in the same week and my real life has been kind of jam packed but here we go with this next match:

This is a much closer fight than I think some people will give you credit for in the voting...

We're talking about a guy whose nerve punches and durabiity have been strong enough to tangle with Spidey and a human weapon in an environment that really suits both of them quite well (but leans slightly more to Kraven).

I'll hold off for a bit nd think about it because I don't want to go back and forth switching my vote between the two, but at the moment I'm thinking Kraven.

F*** it, I will vote Kraven.

No adamantium coating will make Logan more vulnerable to being trapped, which will balance out the advantage his regenerative abilities would give him regarding toins and darts that Kraven might hit him with.

He's going to be a big handful for Kraven, but I've got some confidence that he can take him down.

I think Kraven would stand a good chance at edging this one as well. He's facing a pretty even adversary due to Logan's healing factor and natural animal senses, but he (K) certainly has the capabilities of staying a step ahead of Wolvie and turning the tables on him by luring him into a trap (or nine) that may incapacitate him (W) long enough for a win...

Yea those of you who are underestimating Kraven you need to do some research...this is a pretty even match and actually if anyone has the advantage in this match its Kraven....Like Spider Man Wolverine is Prize Trophy for his wall...The Feral Wolverine....Hell Kraven might even get a Hard on of the Thought of having him as a Trophy

Wolverine. I think his healing factor, and the berzerker in him aren't something Kraven has ever had to deal with before in an adversary. It wouldn't be a cake walk for Logan, but I think he wins it by unleashing an animal that Kraven just can't handle.

I think Kraven will win cus Wolverine is one of those fighters that take damage and give it back but tranqs have been known to knock him out cus he gets too cocky whereas Kraven would try to avoid any damage he can.

If we are talking a fight, Kung Fu will beat Karate any day of the week.

If we are talking about the story, Daniel's story was far more compelling. I remember people jumping to their feet and cheering in the movie theater. There were comparisons of the story to Rocky. I never heard such comparisons from the Kung fu.....errr Karate Kid remake.
