You combine some elements of the makeup of Dehaan (he can keep the over-acting though) with New Goblin/Franco's characterization and built-up relationship with Peter, you might have a pretty awesome Goblin.

Batman v Superman is worse because it thinks it is doing what fans want while actively ruining its characters. It is also far more boring and tedious because it doesn't have the "laugh and take a drink every time ___" factor.

Finally, Batman and Robin paved the way for the Nolan trilogy. It seems that all the BvS did is convince WB to make Suicide Squad worse, and well, who knows how Justice League will end up. The sad truth is that we have to prepare for worse things to come.
