the Art of Bob - Why did you drink my Shampoo?

I'm sorry. It doesn't have to be perfect. It can still be cartoony.
I was thinking of going with a sort of "Incredibles" look, since the Adam Warlock I drew is similar to the less-fat Mr. Incredible.

And don't apologize. As much as it annoys me that I suck at girls, I enjoy drawing them. Get's boring drawing only men.

Ok. I a writer, not an artist, so I wouldn't know.

Nothing wrong with being a writer. I mean, sure, writers are not as cool as artists. But, nothing wrong with being less cool than us.

So, you okay if she's in a similar style as "the Incredibles"? Kind of an Elasti-Girl look?

Totally. That's be fine.

I actually read an interview with Dan Didio in which he said the artists get all the chicks. I guess artists are like band front men and writers are like bassists in that sense.

Haha. Good point. That must make inkers the drummers, no one cares about either of them.

So, as an artist, if we had a album cover with all of us on it, my big ugly mug would take up 75% of the cover with the writer, the inker, and the letterer faces all darkened out far far behind my head.

Exactly! Y'see:

Artist=Front man. The guy everyone sees and loves.

Writer=Guitarest/bass guitarest. One of the coolest members of the group. In some casess, cooler than the artist. But he doesn't get the same respect.

Inker=Drummer. He's there. He's needed. The final product wouldn't work without him. But no one notices or cares that he's there.

Letterer=Keybord/keytarrest. Dude. **** you.

I would say the writer is lead guitar and the colorist as the bassist.

The completely uncool (not a writer nor a artist)

Ledfeather

So, are you just a groupie then, Ledfeather? hahaha. Sorry. That was mean.

Nothing wrong with being a groupie. Without you, there would be no reason for us to even make art.

Umm, Bob.....I think *sigh* it's time we had "the talk." Y'know how you draw pictures? Well, y'see, sometimes people draw pictures and get money for it. They are called "comic book artists." A person called a "writer" tells them what to draw, they draw it, and they get money. Do you understand? Have any questions?

Rock on. Always adding numbers to my limited fan base!

Yeah, things are much too hectic for me to work on the fighter right now. I need to get Drak to do the website layout, then i can try to just draw the characters, ink them, and let him color them, maybe... (maybe, Drak?)

Ledfeather... You don't have to put out... but I won't turn it down... I have low standards.

Yeah, I can do that. I'd probably make them simple, flat colours, to kinda match what I have in my head for the site layout.
