Nixon had been appointed the President for life, and he was on his death bed issuing Executive Orders while hooking on life support. Ozy's daughter called Cleopatra schemed for another master plan to prevent the new World War. Dr. Manhattan decided to return to Earth and destroy mankind and start over.
