I love The Italian Job original movie with Micheal Caine then I read that the studio is doing remake of TIJ, I thought it was going be crap and I end up hating them but 2003's remake was good and now there is sequel called 'The Brazilian Job' Why are they do it? I don't think I'm end up like it. Only reason I will see it cos of Charlize Theron and Jason Statham. What do you think?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0427396/

dunno know about that, man.

but if they shoot the movie in Rio, there's high that they'll get kidnapped...hehehehe

F. Gary Gary is a mediocre director, under his belt his only good films are Friday and Negotiator... A Man Apart, Be Cool, and the Italian Job were all contrived and mediocre, they could of been good but they all were lacking any real soul or passion. I haven't seen the original italian job but the new one, just felt so cliche and run-of-the-mill, hell even Edward Norton was phoning in his performance... So pass!

That is one fascinating title.

I was wondering about the title...

The Brazilian job...
perhaps the movie will include a lot of corrupt politicians and their schemes on taxpayers' money...

The Brazilian Job sounds like something you would request at the "waxing" parlor.

but if Charlize is in it all i can say is mile long legs:up:= mile long movie lines

Shoot me, I never saw it, I can't see everything :cmad:

The first was entertaining, so this one has entertainment potential.

I saw the first one for Theron. And not for her acting (though it's quite good). Still, I might check it out.

Kabuki Jo... a recent huge profile Indian film where the bollywood stars are more well known and bigger there than many hollywood stars had absolutely no trouble yet it was such a high profile release and shooting schedule. Stop overrating Rio as this place for kidnapping

I know, Echo.

But I'm right about the politicians.;)
hehehe.

And always remember, Echo...I'm here...You're not.

Pair of Bull**** movies!!!!! Give me the original Micheal "You were only supposed to blow the Bloody doors off" cain version anyday.

The first of many similar comments.

I'm sure they'll stretch it out and make a trilogy.

This franchise is similiar to Ocean's 11 & 12.

Well, for starters, I hope they don´t make Brazil look like Mexico and claim that we speak Spanish and dance tango...

I'll just be glad if they don't have it happen in the middle of carnival, or have a guy walking down the beach with a little pet monkey on his shoulder.

Anything with Mos Def is watchable in my book, so I will have to check it out.

Hmm.....The Brazilian Job....what next...The Blow Job ?!!
