It's amazing to me that they couldn't see how making a "Proto-Canary" was going to backfire on their original plan.I can't see them not sticking with Catiy Canary now.

Problem is she is a great stunt person who isn't the best actress.

She isn't the best actress ever, but she's good enough. She is consistently entertaining and I always look forward to seeing more of her.

The same way they couldnt see how Emily Bett Rickards/Felicity would make a better leading lady , or how better lawyers Kate Spencer, Jean and Joanna are than Katie Cassidy's Laurel.

Every decision they make or gonna will haunt them for the rest of the series, showing what a mistake they made casting Katie Cassidyt:.

I have enjoyed Caity as the canary and look forward to the upcoming episodes when she returns to Starling City. There are not too many actresses that can work out on a salmon ladder. Her next movie is being released on VOD and DVD in March. Here is the trailer

Caity on stunts.

On a more professional note, you have this amazing training as a dancer, martial artist and in parkour. Are you doing your own stunts on the show?

I do as much as they let me! Most of the fighting I do myself. I also have an amazing stunt double, Atlin Mitchell. She’s done some pretty hardcore stuff where even if they would let me, I’d be “Hmmm … I’m good on that.” (Laughs) You’ll see in the next episode. You watch stunts on TV and you think it is fake. There is one stunt that Atlin does, and she had to wear a helmet underneath her wig because it is so dangerous. There are some really great stunts in the next episode.

Most of the stuff that’s fighting is me, and the stuff where you could die, that is my much more trained stunt double!

So there's the proof that she does most of the fighting stunts and only doesn't do the dangerous ones, which is fairly obvious being they can't have her get injured.

I agree. I thought even Cassidy had a better performance in this episode. Caity Lotz doesn't have much range. She's always making this blank stare when she's trying to emote.

I think thats more of a tortured soul/wanted-by-the-league face.

Me, I'm just overjoyed whenever she's on screen. I find her extremely likable as Sara and she's great as the Canary.

Like others have said she's good enough that I wouldn't trade her awesome backstory, character development and better chemistry with Ollie for a slightly better actress like Laurel.

Now that the League has backed off a bit and her family knows she's alive maybe she'll put on more of a happy face every now and then. I just really like her face, I find it extremely kissable.

She'll stop killing and become more of a hero same as Ollie.

I'm actually interested in seeing if Oliver is going to fill Sara in that someone has reproduced the Mirakuru serum in present day Starling City, let alone on how she'll react to that as well given on how closely connected she was to that incident on the island.

Heck, I want to see on how both she and Oliver react towards finding out that Slade is alive and well.

What's with the black and white. I think we need color to see that CL has amazing abs. And two rungs on the salmon ladder is more than I'd ever do. So kudos to her for even attempting. Looking at it makes my arms and abs hurt. I want to see Cassidy do that with her twig arms. Just seeing the abs you can't tell the difference between Caity and the stunt double.




Maybe Oliver's abs and Sara's abs wanted to see each other and that's why they hooked up.
