Alright I'v been waiting a week to put my opinion on this subject so here I go. First I think Casey is SOMEWHAT innocent. I believe it was a accident and Casey and her father freaked out and tried to make it look like a murder but messed up. When I look at Casey I see a liar and a bad person but I dont see a murder and I don't see why she had a reason to kill the kid. She had no true motive to kill the kid. I mean people say she wanted to go party but she could have just left the kid at home or with her parents. I hate Nancy Grace. I want her to die. The media has sicken me. The women is INNOCENT in the court but yet we have people wanting her to get hurt. Tell me this? Why is she so guilty when they had no physical evidence at all. Just circumstantial ********. I for one if I was on a jury would never ever vote guilty unless I had some true evidence or at least some damn good circumstantial evidence than one this case had. Also what I mad because if that was a black women on trial or a Latino or hell a ugly ***** they'd be sending their ass to the electric chair. Im saying thats right but pisses me off that other people go to jail in cases like these with no true evidence because how they look. That pisses me off. Also I am so ****ing tired of seeing missing white women. I just dont feel anything anymore when I see a missing white woman. The news media is so racist its not funny. I mean im not asking for a black women. Give me a latino women, or hell a Asian women. Man you could give me a white man and I would feel better but nomore white women please.

And thats my thoughts.

Thinking about this whole thing for awhile, I've gotten sick of all the people saying how she deserves the death penalty or life in prison. Personally, I do think she's guilty, but once again they didn't have enough evidence to convict her. Everyone who doesn't care about that and says that they would have found her guilty if they were on the jury or just as dumb as the people involved with the Salem Witch Trials.

Yes, it seems she most likely did it, but without all the evidence and facts, she shouldn't be considered officially guilty.

I think She's guilty as sin but she beat the system. We just have to deal with it. I think it's a shame but if she was declared not guilty she's entitled to the same rights as everyone else and shouldn't be chastised.

Imo , the system worked . She got a fair trial, the state puts on its case, albeit a weak one, and the jury decided based on the evidence presented and the law. Whether people like or not , we (meaning USA citizens) consent to this system of law whether expressed or tacitly. As a result , people we may believe or guilty often go free because the evidence is not strong enough. I get the outrage and it saddens me that a child died because of the actions of her mother. However, I would never want the passions and emotions of the people, talking heads, and media pundits to overrule our system of justice.

Yeah that's true. I just don't think she should be harassed in her daily life. I think if she goes home and walks into Walmart people are going to look at her and say" oh that's the woman that killed her daughter" . It might be tough for her to find a job ,deal with death threats, etc.

Considering her defense was her daughter drowned in the pool and they moved her body around until they decided to throw it in the woods a few blocks down from where they lived and then she spent a month partying makes me feel she's earned some chastising.

True. I'm only siding with the law in this case because someone who isn't guilty might find themselves in a similar situation and be wrongfully convicted.

I understand she was found not guilty of killing Caylee but like I said there's enough there to chastise her for what she did admit to doing.

It won't be that hard for her going forward (which may be unfortunate, depending on how much one hates her). Her look is not that distinctive, if she moved to a big city she'd look like any number of "kind-of-pretty-but-not-really-memorable" women you see. A change of hairstyle and you couldn't pick her out from anybody else.

And changing her name is easy. She can either do it through the registry, or she's pretty enough to get any gullible old man to marry her and take her to Quebec or Europe. Or she can just go by a different name: lots of people use their middle name all the time instead of their first name, and just use their full name when signing legal and government documents.

Nancy Grace doesn't give a crap about any of these tragedies. She knows how to manipulate her viewers and uses horrific tragedies to get ratings.

The other day she had a woman on her show who's son had died in a car accident. Her son lived nowhere near Florida, and there is no record of him ever even being in the same state as Casey Anthony...but this woman was convinced that her son is caylee's father. Okay...most people can figure this out. She is grieving the loss of her son, feeling empty and alone. She watches this case every night on tv and becomes attached to the family and the grief for her son mixes with grief for caylee. So, her mind, in an attempt to keep her son "alive" and make his name important, flipped a switch and decided that he must be Caylee's dad. Nancy Grace trotted her on television and treated this as if it was groundbreaking news and that the mystery was solved. She exploited this woman's grief and fractured mental state.

And don't even get me started on the Duke rape case...
