Well, with any country....you have that type of person. I am actually pretty satisfied to find that most of the people I talk to who are saying the jury got it wrong, and who are making threats, are only the ones the media finds to interview. No one I have spoken to personally has said anything other than, the jury got it right on the evidence they were given.....save a few on here that think they got it wrong. BUT, THEY think that way even after the lack of evidence has been shown to them time and time again. So I call it more "ignorance" than I do lack of democracy.

Although I wonder if a single person is going to be arrested for threatening a juror (and the police can find out who's calling who, they just have to choose to investigate it). Not enforcing laws against illegal behaviour is a form of tacit encouragement, and is a minor characteristic of fascism.

All this seems twisted and strange, but I remember watching movies with high profile court cases and the same thing happens. You have the mobs that want a guilty verdict, the ones that want the innocent verdict, and the ones that are #1 fans of the defendant.

I have lost so much respect for HLN over this whole Casey Anthony situation. I think Casey Anthony is guilty just as much as the next guy, but their coverage has been downright shameful. Jane Valez Mitchell and Nancy Grace should be taken off the air. They are disgraceful, bottom of the barrel, attention seeking morons who are only after ratings to put money in their pockets.
