Just a crap move by Fox. The show was doing ok in the ratings. It wasn't a disaster in the ratings like some other show. Shawn Ryan needs to go to pay cable channels now...he's gotten screwed twice in a row. Terriers and now Chicago Code. What's wrong with the world man.

the finale was a great ending to the show. It's as if the writers knew the show was coming to an end and ended all the plots for the show. At least the main ones.

I thought the finale was good, it wrapped everything up well and concluded satisfactorily without feeling too rushed, except Jareck suddenly being back together with his ex-fiance'. I thought it was odd the way they portrayed Colvin in her last scene as well.

On a side note, they need to get Gibbons secretary on another show!

Yeah, at least there's some sense of closure. And I actually can knock Colvin's hustle. She is very career-driven, and probably doesn't want anything she has to commit to as far as a relationship. And it's pretty clever; chatting up guys who are out of town for seminars and conferences, good likelihood that they don't recognize her as the police superintendent, and even if they caught a glimpse of her on a random news broadcast or something, they probably wouldn't immediately recognize her out of uniform, and all dolled up.

On a side note, they need to get Gibbons secretary on another show!

Oh, she is so fine . . . I wanna love and respect her so much, she'll want to co-habitate with me.
