The cleverest poster IMO

Now that's a pretty depressing poster.

And since "Trainspotting" is about drugs, is the moral "doing drugs is better than luiving a normal life"? So if you do lots of drugs, inject yourself with heroine and pcp, smoke marihuana, f-u-c--k yourself up and turn your brain into fried pudding, you can live a happy life?

Thanks, but I'd rather be a burgeois pig than a wasted zombie loser.

It's only promoting drugs if you choose to do drugs (which is a pretty stupid choice, if you ask me), it's the concept that everyone likes, the "choose" concept, not a photoshopped action-packed image: simple message.

Apparently it's a kick ass movie too, haven't seen it, but yeah.

In a perfect world, everyone's drug would be art. But I wonder which influences the other. Do drugs give way to good art or art to good drugs.

1-Yeah, people somke and drink alcohol apart of using drugs.

So you are saying that just because something is wrong, it justifies doing another wrong thing entirely?

2-I have actually talked to people who have injected intravenous drugs and smoke pot. Believe me, there's NOTHING "beautiful" or "artsy" about it.

Unless, of course, you actually like having fried spam for a brain, beinng a complete outcast from society, and spending your better days in a hospital.

Personally I think that's a very normal looking poster, however Winone looks very sly  Really looking forward to that movie.

The way the characters are placed really gives a paranoid feel, which fits the movie perfectly. Not to mention the tag line. It sets the exact mood I felt when I read the book.
