The Crazy Ones

I'll admit I only watched this for Kelly Clarkson, but my interest has remained over the last few weeks. I like it a lot.

Late to the party... This was the best, tightest episode yet. The voice over guy must come back, hell make him a regular. So much pure madcap, rapid fire humor. This is the first Kelley show I not only can tolerate, but ADORE.

The Bones/David Boreanaz bit from SMG. :awesome:

Noticed that one as well. I liked Lauren in this episode, especially her bit about the beauty pageant.

The ratings this week were really down this week with no new episodes of Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men and Halloween going on.

I first I enjoyed since Boston Public, for me

After this last ep I need an "origin" episode to come down the pike at some point. It would be cool too see how Simon chose this particular group to work with (Sans SMG, of course, but even then...).

Probably doing better than Crap Starring Sean Hayes

The show is really doing a good job of letting all the characters shine and not just allowing Robin Williams to overpower the rest. I'm really liking SMG in this.

The thing about this show, though, is that it feels like I'm watching a reduced version of an hour long show. Every time an episode ends, it's like "It's over already? It feels like it just began."

I don't think CBS would go for an hour long show with this much humor though.

The amount of dialog per episode is about the equal of an hour show.

Eh... only if they're really slow talkers, I'd have to think.

"I hope that was pee and not blood..... why didn't I hope for water?" :lmao:

Hilarious episode last night. That song was catchy as ****.

Damn song is stuck in my head.

Hilarious episode... Robin Williams deserves an emmy

Goddammit. That song is still stuck on my head. I was humming it this morning. :lmao:

That song! :D They need to release it. I loved the scene in Sydney's office when they first heard it! No show has endeared it's characters to me as quickly as this one has, there's no weak link.

"They gave us Naomi Watts."
"They also gave us The Wiggles, which you can only enjoy when you're high! What message is that to send to children?"

"Murder beats, not people Dan."

"If I could *****-slap a country..."

This show is so consistent with it's comedy. I haven't had an episode yet that didn't make me have to pause it when watching for fear I will miss something while I'm laughing. I loved Wolk's background dancer moves in SMG's office.

I missed the first 10 minutes of the episode so a good portion of the set-ups, but the final 20 was just so funny and concise that it didn't matter and I easily inferred what had happened earlier.

Mr. Finger stroking Andrew's lip and saying he's like James Dean.... I'll never look at Ed Asner the same way.

Nice to see Brad Garrett again, but not in some god-awful comedy series he seems attracted to usually. Surprised they got 2 big guest stars in one episode.

During the promos for the episode, CBS failed to hype up Brad Garrett's return to CBS.

At least they mentioned him by name.
