I love the Superman DC logo that is with SR. Just wanted to mention it. I think these logos are neat, both the Marvel and DC ones.

I always look forward to seeing what pics from the books will be in them.

I think Marvel's is a bit more exciting, in a way, but I like how DC's is sort of darker.

i prefer the original logo better:

I liked how the logo for SR was of Superman images. I believe the previous times the new logo was used it was of the same comic footage despite the movie.

Marvel did that stuff in theirs first. Seems like DC is just copying to me.

Kinda like how Marvel copy Superman by using Cyclops. Seeing as Supes was the one to use blast from his eyes before Cyclops got his. :yellow:

Don't even try to get into this argument. Both companies rip each other off more than...than...well a lotta things.

I'm not getting into an argument about cyclops and superman. I'm refering to DC's blatant ripoff of the opening movie logo. I know that the Squadron Supreme is a ripoff of the JLA, but what does that have to do with the price of tea in China?

The matter at hand is... the title of the thread. And the new DC Logo at the beginning of movies is a ripoff. Plain and simple.

Yeah, DC's is cool...it sounds cool to (well the new sounds for the logo before SR).....and to that argument up there....Superman...first comic superhero 'nuff said

Why are you bringing up a different argument? Can't defend the logo thing eh? I gotcha. Deflect and change the subject. Works everytime.

We know DC ripped off Marvel that way, but who cares? That's not what the thread topic is about.

It's not?

It's not. It's about the logo at the beginning of the film, not about if DC ripped of Marvel or not.

Oh sorry. Thought that was the Logo I was talking about. I didn't realize that the purpose of this thread was to simply state that I love it and move on.

Thanks for setting me straight.

You're putting words in my mouth now.

I liked the DC logo at the beginning of SR. The one in front of Batman Begins didn't do it for me...who the hell was that in there anyway, the Riddler?

I liked how the DC logo started in Batman Begins better, the black and white set the mood, also the music was playing with it. Win.

As for Marvel's logo, it's cool and simple with the comic panels flipping through like a newspaper reel. Very cool.

both logos are very awesome in their own ways. i dont care, im glad they are aliek really. brings a unity somehow.... its all one big comci world but different factions or companies, etc...

i like 'em both, but i like marvel's better.

the page flipping effect is just awesome.

I like that point.
