Waste of Doomsday. Should only be used in a Death of Superman story. Also, design is terrible. Smallville did it better.

My guess is he just shows up in the third act with a couple lines at most and is killed off. Clearly not part of the main storyline and just a physical threat for the heroes to rally against.
