    Why is there a Spellbinder in these Batman shows?

    1) He is a Batman villian in the comics.

    2) In BB's case, I guess they did Spellbinder prolly because they wanted to do a twist on him and putting him in the future would work. This is similar to Huntress since they wanted to have her in the future at first, it fell through, and...hello, JLU.

    3) Him in TB: well he's there.
