I'll seriously be surprised if he doesn't get it.

Plummer certainly doesn't know the act of subtlety.

As I recall, Jonathan Levine is the only director from the director shortlist to follow Feige on Twitter. It could be that Plummer already has the role and is just waiting for the announcement. Just speculating, of course.

**** dat!

Lmao I must say Rodigro is making me lol and he normally annoys me.

As for the choices, all I can think is meh

I just don't get it. Yesterday everyone was all like "Asa's got in the bag". Now we're all losing it again, Harry's declaring it'll go to someone never mentioned before today, and the whole dang forum is falling apart again.

See what you've done to us, Marvel?!?

Way back when, when people first started to say Dylan O'Brien might be too old for the part, and a number of younger candidates popped up on these boards, of all of them, I thought Charlie Rowe looked the most for the part. Plus, I believe he has a comedic background. I was disappointed when that short list of 5 popped up and there was no mention of Rowe.

I am very happy to see he is one of the finalist that auditioned yesterday. My vote is for Rowe!

And at the very least, it looks like our agony will end this week! :woot:

:spidey: :spidey: welcome to the mcu Mr. Plummer

honestly not trying to troll with reposting this vid, but seriously, watch this, and tell me he's not perfect

He somehow makes me forget about Tobey and Andrew (who I both loved), and just kinda think back to when I read the comics and used to watch the cartoon in the 90s, and what I always imagined PP/SM being. It's crazy

My only problem with Rowe is that i haven't been blown away by his acting.

He seems nice and looks the part. That doesn't make him perfect for the role; he seems like a pretty mediocre actor from what little footage I've seen of him.

Fair enough, but have you seen enough of Charlie Plummer to be blown away either?

I think its kinda ridiculous how everybody's basing their opinion about Plummer on a few good reviews for one movie thats only been shown at film festivals...
