i just dont want to have to spend a ton of money...photoshop is ridiculously expensive but I don't know what I could use that is cheaper. i need it for work to be honest. and torrents dont seem to work right

i have Windows Live Movie Maker, apparently that does HD? I dunno, when I edit down a video with it, it takes away the quality

It should work, unless maybe because you are using the trial version, it limits certain things.
