Good recast, and it really shows how SNL has declined in recent years. Out of the last seven, only Tina Fey is worth anything.

Totally. As I went down the list the star power faded. I put almost EVERYONE from the first season and definitely everyone from 93-95 but from the last season all I included was Samberg and Hader. I refuse to acknowledge Keenan Thompson as an "all star" lmao

I can understand skipping Laraine Newman (even she thinks she's not funny), but you missed Jane Curtain!

The women of modern day SNL have been tons better than the guys who I can't name one funny person, save maybe Tracey Morgan on occasion.

I think one of the problems with SNL's performers these days is that they can't handle live theatre. Throw them in front of a live crowd, and they screw up. Give them a Digital Short or put them in a movie, and they're like 10x funnier. You can skip all those little screw-up moments that ruin a sketch when you've got cuts and edits to work around.
