Is anyone with the PS3 version having freezing issues? I read a review for the xbox 360 version and they complained about constant freezing. Just wondering if anyone with the ps3 version is having this problem?

My wife wants to get me a game for my bday and I'm debating over the hulk or bourne conspiracy.

This game is a GIGANTIC piece of crap, I'm so annoyed I wasted my money on it. I've just got it today and already find it incredibly repetitive!!

Also the CONSTANT FREEZING makes the game unplayable!! I'm not playing it again in fear that it will damage my 360. How a game as technologically advanced as GTA 4 can run so smoothly and never freeze but this rubbish Hulk game freezes everytime, is beyond me!!

Or, you can go out and get a game thats out now. Such as Ninja Gaiden 2 or MGS4.

Well, i'll definately be waiting till it goes down in price before getting it, or maybe just renting it. But can anyone tell me if the different characters you play as have different powers? And is the Red Hulk a 360 gamestop exclusive (as in there's special coding on the Gamestop discs only) or is the code on all discs and you have just have to have the access code to download?

the gamestop exclusive is just listed with the different costumes. you don't need to do anything to unlock him or download him.

So there isn't a difference in powers/strengths/abilities depending on who you play? Not even the Hulkbuster? And so the Gamestop exclusive really IS just copies of the 360 game that is sold at Gamestop? Damn.

yes. same game. added costume. so it's not the same disc with a little picture on the front saying it has the red hulk. and as far as i know, there are no differences in powers/strengths between the costumes. i could be wrong.

I have it on 360 and mine freezes alot. And usually in the most worst of times, like during a mission.

There is one problem I have. I destroyed all the landmarks and never got a threat level higher than a 4..and I was fighting the army too. So, what's that all about? Am I doing something wrong?

I decided that I'm going to wait until the price drops to get this game. I'll either have my wife get me MGS4 for my b-day or just ask her to give me money so I can get something down the road.

Especially seen as the game is redundant even before you start playing it! It's faulty, it freezes all the time, why waste your money??

If you're at all interested in MGS4, why not get MGS1, 2, and 3 instead? I'm sure they are all pretty cheap by now, and they are all great games.

I'd advise not playing MGS 4 until you've made your way through the first three.

The storytelling is very much essential to that series. It can be hard to follow at times, but essential nonetheless.
