the lady at the DMV called me fat...

Personally I'd get the new pic. It's a more accurate representation of your current appearance, and I'm sure you'll feel better seeing it whe you open your wallet.

Though honestly, I don't think you look fat in the old one anyway. I mean, it's obvious your face is fuller, but I wouldn't say you look fat.

yes, I may have been over exaggerating with my description of "fat" even at my heaviest I probably didn't fit the definition of being traditionally "fat" more just over weight and very out of shape

never really thought of my self as fat back then (not sure if that was out of denial) I only really uses the term fat now in retrospect as I didn't realize how over weight or out of shape I was until I actually starting working out and lost the weight

didn't think I even had to lose that much, but once the pounds start coming off it was a real eye opener to just how fat I was

I thought at best I needed to lose like 10-15 pounds (or maybe even get back down to 200lbs) but, end up losing about 50-60lbs (went from 225lbs at my heaviest to 165lbs my leanest) an I am only like 5'9"

of course once I which to a high protein diet, an started focusing on weight training/muscle building I put back on about another 5-10 lbs of muscle mass... and that's more of less where I stayed over the years... still currently at 175lbs ish
