didn't know where to post this, but...
i finally got around to seeing "The Lost Boys" the other day (don't ask me why--my wife and i are into that show "The Two Coreys" on A&E) and i noticed some Batman (and Superman) connections. First, the Executive Producer was Richard Donner, of "Superman: The Movie" fame. Second, Haim's character was a comic buff, and he made mention of both Batman and Superman comics (including there being only 4 Batman #14s--is this true?). and finally, the most obvious: it was directed by the real Bane in the Batman universe--Joel Shumacher. This movie was better than both of his Batman films.
Just thought I'd point this out; I thought it was interesting.
