Bare with me...it might be confusing at first...but i think this could be good.
open at night on a u.s. military base. someone has broken in; somethings been stolen. we follow a massive military hunt, when we find trinity fleeing on foot. she takes out some takes, and steals a motorcycle, and makes her escape.
We cut in the middle of a large American City. It's broad daylight out, and its bustling. Pan down to see large black man, sitting down on a chair, outside a coffee shop. this is Morpheous, in street clothes. He begins speaking blatantly...and we turn see that TRINITY, in street clothes, is seated directly behind him, facing away. They speak of the old times, and the looming future. Trinity informs him that her operation was a success. Morpheous tells a set of numbers, and gets leaves.
Pan through the city, to find trinity at a house in a suburb. this is morpheous's home. we quickly realize their leading regular lives in the matrix. but is trinity there? Whats going on? We learn in this cene that thier organization has been nearly totally wiped out. There is no more ship. Morpheous left himself clues as to how and what happened incase he ever got sent back to the matrix. The oracle lives here, and is kept upstairs, in the attic. They have a hushed meeting-we learn the object trinity stole is starter up; to take themselves out of the matrix. But Morpheous says they have an even greater task: finding neos body and giving him a "reboot", which is what happened to trinity.
Upon the starter ups completion, trinity-with morpheous's guidance-goes into the machine world, and finds and steals neos body and brings back to them, where he undergoes a reboot. Through a set fo tasks, all of his senses are restored and he is rebooted.
