I saw it last year in a convention in Italy. It's very good, shot on film with good special effects and some scenes from Alan Moore comics brought to life.
Sure Alan's voice sometimes is hard to understand and tends to be slightly sleep-inducing...

Agreed... If anyone has this, you should upload the scene that includes Moore's reading. Snyder mentioned in an interview that it may very well serve as the exemplar for Haley's voice.
