    Which villains have missed in BTAS?

    I've always missed the Spook, because he would have fit perfectly into the show.

    Zsasz never made it to the BTAS.

    Too graphic I suppose, since all he does is slaughter people. Same with Stirk. He cuts out hearts and eats them.

    I would've liked to see Dr. Death or the Monk in a one-off episode.

    And definitely Black Mask, who apparently is in The Batman, though I haven't watched since season one.

    Hush would have been good, but would never had happened seeing as he was created after the show.

    Yeah Hush could have been cool, they would have nailed the character I bet. Black Mask would have been awsome, I can imagine his look now.
