SHOUT Media alongside DIC released a DVD box set with the first 26 episodes of the original INSPECTOR GADGET cartoon in 2005-2006. It can be had on Amazon rather cheaply. Unfortunately, Disney reclaimed the rights to the series and has not released more episodes. There are a few episodes that are numbered after 26 on DIC's main site somewhere.

I saw the pics to these, apparently Inspector Gadget, Penny and the crew will fight....ghosts. Seems weird.

There was a prior series called GADGET AND THE GADGETINI's that came out about 5-6 years ago in which Brain was retired in place of two robots Penny builds named Gadgetini's. Gadget got a promotion and still battled Dr. Claw, alongside other threats. It didn't air for long in the U.S. but aired for a while overseas, and had a 50 episode run. Aside for a disc called GADGET'S LAST CASE, none have been released here.
