How do you create the sliding affect in an avatar?

it's just an effect that comes in the program i use (animation shop 3)... the long way to do it would just involve covering parts of the frame with black, or moving the whole frame image in whatever direction you want it to slide in.

Hey guys! Can I get an avvy with the same words, font, timing, text and background coloring as this one:

The differences I would like to see made would be these...

Insert the word "Big" and start from there.

The first and second pictures in the montage changed to these:

"Head"

The third and forth pictures changed to these:

"Ain't"

The fifth and sixth pictures changed to these:

"Dead!"

Omit the quotation marks for the text, please.

The seventh picture can remain as the bloody smile from the original avatar, but can it zoom in on Big-Head's larger eye as it fades to black?
