I really like that fade thing you did for Lobo. I thought about using this:

Had to post it cause you can see more suit detail in the pencils

But I dunno what do you think? You could show the whole body in pencil then fade and zoom to the color then fade zoom again to the finished or would that be too much?

I don't know how to do the zoom in and out thing with the slide shows. But I could do it with the fade if you want? But not the whole body, it wouldn't look that good. I would do it like the one you have now, is that ok?

I just wanna say, try and keep the youtube vids down to 5 secs. The limit is 80.kb, it is really hard to keep them looking good and to keep them within 80.kb. But i'll try my best!

Here you are man. I had to cut loads of frames out at the start, I guessed that you would mainly want the ending in there. I also had to tone done the colours to fit it under 80kb. The closest I could get it was 78kb. I wish the limit was 100kb for 100x100, makes more sense don't it? So I hope this is ok for ya?

Ace! listen.. there are two values, up there somewhere in the toolbar, can't remember the name of these two--maybe JaD does--one of them is set to 0 and the other is set to 100--you see this while optimizing your avvys. Set the one that's at 100 to 0 and your avvys will look a whole lot better (not to mention they'll be smaller in size)

I've deleted every other frame and got it down to 118, is that still too high? Shall I try deleting every other frame again? Or will it come out too skippy?

So should I change the thing thats 100 first, or do that last?
