Good Rule

Lots of people do request many avvies... and some don't request avvies often and get their requests passed by cause they're harder than the easy re-sizes.

Haha, that's exactly what I said to some of my friends over in the Batman forums a while back. I started implementing a 10 day waiting period for those who wanted me to make them a new avvy , 'cause some couldn't hold onto one for 24 hours. Some got pretty bitter about it and stopped asking
