There's a free version of Quicktime 7, but it won't let you save quicktime movies via the right click, save as procedure. If you get Pro you can go full screen and save movies and stuffs.

To get that right click a frame. Fiddle around with effects and stuff.

Each one does something different to switch between frames, not sure if there's one specific you wanted.
