Ok. I thought I'd let this go for a bit but I gotta jump in now.
Sue fell in love with Reed when she was 13 but they didn't get together until she was in an undergrad and he was teaching while going after his 2nd or 3rd Doctorate. She was at least 19.
It's always been a May/December love affair.
As for Johnny, he's had lots of girlfriends. And he always ****s it up. That's one of the reasons he always *****es about Peter Parker. Ben once commented that "Unlucky in love, lucky at cards. You should go to Vegas. You'll own the city in a week."
Johnny's first girlfriend was Dorrie Evans. She got tired of him constantly being away on FF missions and broke it off.
Next was Crystal. He fell in love with her and then because of the Inhuman's lack of resistance to human disease, they were secreted away behind an impenetrable force field. Another one goes down. And when she finally was freed, she eventually fell in love with Quicksilver. Huh?
Next was Frankie Raye. She was afraid of fire. He couldn't get her out of his mind. She finally got over her fear of fire when they discovered that it was a post hypnotic trance placed there by her father. The inventor of the original Human Torch. There was an accident when she was a kid and she had been turned into a Human Torch in her own right. They got together and everything was going hunky dorry.. until Galactus showed up and was going to destroy the Earth... again. Frankie offered the Big G the same deal the Silver Surfer had and Galactus accepted. She became Nova and went out to rid the Galaxy of a "few bug-eyed monsters". Eventually it was hinted at that she had a thing for Galactus. Another one bites the dust.
He had a quick thing with Frankie's old roomate but she ran off with an actor. He then dated the roommates roommate, but she was bonkers and we never saw her again.
Then he made the granddaddy of all mistakes. He started boning Alicia Masters!! Yeah! The Thing's estranged girlfriend. The Thing was hangin' out on the Beyonder's Planet and Johnny started making time with Alicia. Whoah! Bro's before Ho's, Johnny!! Well Ben came back and the **** hit the fan. Alicia and Johnny stayed together while Ben roamed the Earth like Kain. There goes another one.
But wait!!! Alicia was replaced by a Skrull at one point!
This chick was called Lyja and even after they broke up she posed as another chick and stalked him for a while. You saw how that worked out during Secret Invasion. Not well.
Then he started dating this chick with super powers who was a cat burgler... kinda. Nice going Johnny. Well after playing bad boy for a while they discovered that the chick actually was trying to save the Earth of the Future. Everything's great right? Nah. Now she has to go to Nu World and that's not easy to get too. Ah well.
Johnny Storm.... sexy, rich, party guy. Still can't keep a girl longer than that nerd Peter Parker.
