Nope, I hadn't even noticed that. I've enjoyed chatting with Viggo. His two quips about gas in the 'future' and the election of a king more evil than he were pretty funny.

Have you turned on the shower yet? The rookie screams when the water hits him.

Yeah, I did that once when I was exploring the firehouse. I notice that he screams like that sometimes when you run to get away from ghosts and other creatures

I never got that. I only got the huffing and puffing from sprinting so far. I usually only dodge when I'm fighting, though. Only time I've sprinted was to rush over and revive Ray or Egon during the library book monster fight, since I kept getting mission failures from getting knocked out when they were already down.

There's a mission later where you get separated from the others and you meet a new Golem type creature and I ran past him and got that scream. I thought I was hearing things because that was the first time I had that happen, but he did it again when another popped up later on in the level. Now that I think about it though, maybe that was the only time I got it

Oh, how useful is the Meson Collider? I just got it in the sewers and it seems to be kind of worthless.

Seems like I used it for the boss in that sewer level and the return to the hotel boss, but besides that, I don't think I ever used it at all

same here....its good for things that move around a lot because of the tracking ball...but I don't use it much either...

Ill use the regular proton stream and the slime gun, and the stasis for the golems

I got the sewer boss with my normal proton stream and boson darts. I use the stasis gun on those fast-moving little clawed dudes in the library. Stasis followed by a shot of the shotgun-style other fire on that gun (can't remember what it's called) took them down really easily.

Oh yeah, today's casual day at my job and I'm totally wearing my Ghostbusters shirt.

Then you probably won't use it for the hotel boss either, as I'm sure the proton darts will work just as effectively against her.

I forgot about the tracking thing, actually. I'll probably try it out to see how those work. If it's easier than the proton stream/boson darts, I'll use it. That sewer boss took me forever because I kept missing him as he moved around.

Yeah, that was the main thing I used it for in that fight. I was mostly using it just to use it to be honest. I wanted to play around with it, and I used it on the hotel boss because she's pretty fast at times

The only time i used the collider was for the final boss battle. I stick to the Proton stream and slime blower.

In MP I use Proton beams for combat with ghosts and all corporeals. I use the slime blower sometimes for smaller enemies, but I use the tether for mainly knocking ghosts out so I can switch back to Proton. I use the stasis blast for corporeals and the stream for Golems so we're not fighting two or three at the same time all the time. I use the Collider blast for Golems, small enemies in big groups, and sometimes to take the health out of ghosts faster, the little blast from the Collider is a joke except if you can aim well, it'll usually take out a small corporeal with one shot. The power ups are bubble shield, pink slime (turn enemies into allies for a while, does not work on Golems). There's also every equipment variation you had in the single player, except they use ammo now, and a few other neat ones like Super Proton stream with Boson Dart, a power up that allows you miniaturize enemies, and a couple of other ones I have no idea what they do because there effects are not made apparent.

haha yea that was a good one. I love all the little nick nacks around the firehouse. These guys really paid attention to detail.

Nice. In my case, there wasn't a game out, or a game that was set to be released that would have taken my mind off of this game. This was easily the longest wait for a game in my life. The game is also every bit, if not more satisfying than i ever thought possible.

I envy you at this moment tho, cuz the first time through is just an incredible experience. I highly suggest isolating yourself in a dark, cold room.

I'm hearing too many good things about this game.

I know Gamespot gave it a 7.5, which for a movie inspired game is like 9.5
