hmm i thought we had one before for GA. But yea it will be nice if Ga does get a shot at a big screen film some time soon. Overall the idea of supermax was cool. Though to me personally it felt better if it was a sequel then first film for green arrow. So hopefully if GA does get around to a film in next few yrs they will find the right story to tell.

And a Green Arrow film should be directed by Edward Zwick with the script based off of GA: Year One and Longbow Hunters.

Oh, I misunderstood you because of the way that you're wording it... "first THEN a sequel." Should be "than a sequel." Lol. No biggie.


I would say that Josh Holloway would be my pick for GA. I wasn't a fan of Lost but he definitely has the right look and chops for the character of Ollie Queen.

no problem bats we all make little mistakes like that lol.

As for the supermax script, last i recall reading online a few months back is, goyer said the script has been shelved for the time being and doesnt know if it will happen any time soon. So like many projects we have heard something and poof gone. I am sure some time in the next few yrs we will probably see GA film and others we will just have to wait a bit longer, and hope for films like batman 3, the new superman, and gl to do well to show dc that they can make viable films out of these characters.

I actually was going to come here and say that i officially support Bradley Cooper for Green Arrow. Holloway is too old. I still want Yvonne as Canary,though.

JJ Abrams would be my choice for director.

Most of the best portrayals of Green Arrow are of him in an older age. Cooper could not portray the caring-father-but-can-kick-ass-as-well type that is needed for Green Arrow.

Anyway if they actually want to go with an older GA Holloway is my choice
for a younger my dream choice is Ryan Gosling, but I doubt he would ever do it realistic choice I'm not sure Coop and Skaarsgard seem like good choices especially the latter

He's always been my number one choice after he lost out the role of GL to Reynolds. I'd love to see him as Ollie.
