I'm using Ulead Gif Animator 5.

However, if you want to make manips, there are much better programs out there.

Here's a couple of posters I through together, the hellboy one is a little better, as I had a better pic to go from. I only did it cause no-one else was making manips!

It's using filters and touching up little area's, it's pretty crap, I just did it coz no one else was posting much
