t: its the only logical way to do it. far as i can see your stupidly powerful as infamous cole so might as well use that to your advantage!!
the stunts are hard though man....i cant find a way to do the one where you have to lightining bolt somone from the air then thunderdrop onto them...
i also dont know which save to collect the shards on either...i heard one of them can be missed..the one where you fight the first boss lady or somthing?
Damn, what an ending. Though I sorta suspected that
Cole was Kessler. The whole thing about how his love was lost too and how he wanted him to defeat Cole and that he will thank him someday, kinda made me suspicious. It was still shocking as hell (no pun intended) how it played out. Fantastic game, and I'm gonna go thru as evil now
I went through the whole game as a hero. Even in video games, the evil choices don't sit well with me.
But damn, I was surprised at the ending. I was thinking something completely different.
I thought Kessler would turn out to be either Cole's father or someone who had chosen Cole to be the recipient of the powers because of something unique about his DNA or something. The fact that he was actually Cole from the future shocked the hell out of me.
That really did make me feel for Kessler at the end. He was never really a villain. More an anti-hero or tragic hero, who did the things that he did for the greater good.
I wonder where they go from here. Sasha, Alden, and Moya are all still alive, and will probably come back to plague Cole in the next game. And who is the "Beast" that Kessler was talking about? Could it possibly be John? Could he have been driven insane and given powers by the Ray Sphere? Could it be another version of Cole? A little far out, but what if playing as Evil throughout this game and the next game is actually showing the rise of Evil Cole, who through some sort of alternate dimension type deal battles with the heroic Cole in the other playthrough? That's pretty out there though. Likely, it's another Conduit, just as dangerous as Cole.
Speaking of Conduits, I wonder why we didn't see any asides from the bosses and those Conduits within the gangs. We're lead to believe that only a few specific people are capable of being Conduits, and some of these people joined up with the gangs, but isn't it possible that some civilians also had these capabilities? We never saw anyone exhibit powers outside of the enemy Conduits.

I thought it ws gonna be Coles father, untill he said " did you know your father..?" then i was thinking who the **** is he?!? I never suspected the time travel thing at all.
about some confusing aspects. it seems like the raysphere was activated later in Kesslers timeline, as he had a family by the time the destruction happend and this beast arose. so Kessler went back in time and made the sphere earlier to train Cole into the hero he never was.
thats how i see that part anyway. as for who the beast is?? i got no idea, in the cinematic it looked like Cole...but i dont think it would be him. unless in the evil ending he travels through time..?
Did we ever find out who Sasha was? she talked like her and Cole where actually together at some point and he didnt remember??
Im also sure we havent seen the last of john. Probably for Infamous II he's gonna come back. They could really go all out with powers for IN2. Flying, teleportaion, those crazy moves Kessler was doing. i cant wait.

Same here about Kessler being Cole's dad. It wasn't until the final battle that I figured he could not be. I'm also curious where they go from here. Zeke's still alive too, and unless he refused to show it I doubt Kessler gave him powers. Wonder if he'll be a villain or ally. Either way I'm already pumped for the next one, can't wait.
Ok, good. I somehow missed a side mission over in Warren and after I beat the Dust Men boss battle I realized I only had 97% of the district taken over.
I was half way through Warren and had Hero reputation when my PS3 freezes and I'm thinking "no big deal, it's auto-sazed" and restart my PS3.
Then I think this is an ideal time to make a new file and go for Infamous, so I'm standing atop Zeke's building right at the start before I decide I can't be bothered with going through it all again. So I go to load my Hero file, and what do I find?
I'd never actually saved it, I'd just allowed it to auto-save. And when you start a new file it automatically auto-saves, meaning the rooftop game auto-saved over my Hero file which was half way through Warren and I'm now stuck on Zeke's roof at the beginning again.

That really sucks. I have got a few save files just because I was afraid something like this would happen since it has on other games before. I have two saves for later when I decide to be infamous where I have all the shards from the first map but haven't really done that many missions.
And the other two saves are the ones I'm using for my play through as a hero and save after each mission or side quest alternately between those two files.
A couple of screwy things I've noticed about the game is that sometimes side missions or the good side missions appear on the map, but when I get close to them, they vanish and are no longer available.
Also, I notice that when you're closer to the edge of a map, the graphics and gameplay go faster than normal and so do your players actions and the actions of any nearby villains.
How the hell do you do that stunt where you have to fire a bolt of lightining at and enemy from the air then thunder drop the same enemy?? i can never manage it

I've noticed these as well. The first one, though, I've attributed to the person who would give you the side-mission got scared by a local gang or a group of thugs. The missions return eventually if you just wait for a minute or two. This happens pretty often when it's a cop or other do-gooder is giving the mission.
I've noticed that some things that should be grabable aren't. Pain in the neck lol.
I was wondering if the story mission End Of The Road was the last mission? I'm wondering because I'm to it, but I only have 87% of Historic District cleared and I would like to 100% it. Just want to make sure
A certain call? I'm not sure what you mean. I've gotten several calls from him through the game. This mission is right after you finish destroying the jammers with John in the helicopter
you know what....i THINK the last mission clears the last area....go check the area and if its the creator where you started when you defeat Kesller it will clear i think.
