The Official Infamous Thread!!!

whats the best enemy to get the "right back at yah" stunt? the one where you have to deflect a grenade back at an enemy and kill them?
Without giving away spoilers, theres a [blackout]boss fight[/blackout] before the 3rd island which will give you ample oppurtunities to get this one. Actually pretty easy during it

Only problem i have is ive finished the story. i might do it on my evil playthrough though...we'll see. which guy is it before the 3rd island?

Its actually a
mini boss fight. Its the one where Zeke takes the Ray Sphere. You climb up that huge tower after Alden and face off against a ton of enemies up there. Alot of them throw grenades. All I did was keep spamming the shockwave move to lob those right back at them

I know this is going to sound really weird. But I played the game for about four or so hours yesterday and a few hours each day a couple days before. I actually didn't play today because I think the game is messing with my vision or throwing me off balance somehow. I know I mentioned a few pages back how sometimes the gameplay visuals get a little faster at certain points in the game, especially around the edges of the islands. I think that's what's doing it to me.

I noticed when I was driving to and from class today that cars and other objects seemed to move a lot faster than normal. But even when I'm walking around my house, I'm seeing things differently than normal. It's even giving me headaches.

I know this sounds really strange, but I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing anything similar. I'm playing more than I usually do since I've had a little more free time lately. So I'm sure it's due to the game, it's just never happened before.

What really sucks, is that my wife is out of town for most of this week visiting with her parents and I'm missing out on ample game time. And I'm probably inches away from beating my play through as a hero.

I practically played the game start to finish none stop and didnt experience any of that.

I think the blast shards...might be driving me insane.

Using the IGN guide, I got 145 total.

Problem is, that does not include the one they automatically give you once your done meeting Moya.

So either I'm right on track with 145...or I'm missing one. Been all over Neon District, so if I'm missing one it'll be a hard one to find.

finally picked up the game today, played for about 45 minutes. I had a lot of fun being EVIL

they give you one? u mean the one under the bridge? tht u cnt miss?

People really having a hard time having the spheres? Im up to 321 with no guide. I like that this game puts the location of them on your map when you are close. Thats been a big help, or else I dont think Id have such an easy time getting them

I've gotten a lot of my shards by accident while fleeing from dustmen haha

You'll get a trophy whenever you find all the dead drops on one of the individual islands, so you'll know when you get them

I know but I started a new game and I wanted to get all the dead drops before I fight Sasha and go to second island. I have seven right now

I don't remember off the top of my head, maybe 12 or 13 I'm thinking

Yeah, the one under the bridge.

I have no idea if I'm on track. If I am, then cool. If not, I'll get all of them when I do my evil karma run.

The shards are worth the trouble. The extra battery cores have been a life saver.

And...I just got to the warren district, and man is that a crazy part of town.

Im gonna hunt them on my Evil run. soon as i get back to the first island i wont leave till i got them all.

I just beat the game and I see what you guys mean about the ending. That has to go hands down as one of my favorite videogame plot twists ever

Did anyone else start this game on hard? The game changed me to that early on based on my performance and I kept it. Game wasnt too difficult at all and I wish there was an even harder mode to unlock

Gonna finish completing all the collectables and then starting an evil run

This game's ending is the best ending I've seen in a form of entertainment since Empire Strikes Back

yeah the ending blew me away it is a must see ending and the second time around everything makes sense

The story is so freaking awesome, I love it!!! I finished my third play through today as evil Cole,:D:up: to replace the file I accidentally overrided,:facepalm now I'm just gonna clean up the city and find all the collectibles for 100% and my Platinum Trophy!!!:D:up:

Are the endings the same? Or will you get a different outcome for an evil run?

Still on my first playthough, and I'm simply impressed with how the game never feels repetitive...even though in some instances I'm doing the same side mission. Wheter the thugs are tougher, or they up the ante somehow...always feels fresh.
