X-Men The Official MCU X-Men News and Discussion Thread

Are we supposed to pretend Israel doesn't exist? Never cast an actress or have a character from Israel ever again??
I think from what I've seen the issue people have is more that Sabra is a Mossad agent and essentially a symbol of Israeli nationalism more than just that she's from Israel.

Ok, I get that
But Tony was an arms manufacturer
Rhodey worked for the US Government which is not exactly NOT problematic, if you ask anyone not from the US
Same could be said of Cap, and Widow, and Hawkeye

These characters have all found some redemption as Superheroes who ignored or walked away from their government. Assuming Sabra will just be some stooge/propaganda tool is presumptive, and doesn't really fit with the Marvel style

I wonder if Deadpool 3 will take place in the MCU or not? i think it will but will be this Deadpool the one from FOX, other universe or from the MCU? it will be weird if Deadpool appears first than the X-Men Wolverine and the other mutants

I'm pretty sure its already been said by Marvel that it will be in the MCU. Although the lack of release date has me starting to wonder if it might not just be 'technically' in the MCU on account of multiverse stuff also counting as MCU (like What If?).

Looks like Deadpool will be filming in Vancouver again so there's at least that to look forward to, even if I'm not the biggest fan of the character.

And apparently there's a couple little Easter eggs in the latest She-Hulk episode.

I'd be torn if they cast Keke as Rogue
On one hand, she's gorgeous, but I still don't love her performances I've seen thus far

Whatever casting decisions they make, I hope the actors won't be bullied on social media like many others before. But we know how things work.
Yeah, unfortunately seems inevitable. There is a lot of pondlife out there doing this as a full time job.

This Keke/Rogue thing is gaining on Twitter. At first, I didn't get it, but the more I think about it, the more I think she's an inspired choice. She's always terrific in everything she's in (SUCH a highlight of Hustlers and Nope). And she's got the grit and attitude our previous Rogue was missing. She's also just a good time, all around. She's a fun personality. Stunning, too.

Keke Palmer in the MCU is yes to me.

Keke would be wonderful. It’s funny though people keep fancasting her with guys who are a bit um, too glam for gambit? Like gambit is meant to be a bit rough
Agreed. I don't want my Gambit too polished. :)

I've never seen her in anything other than the memes LOL but that photoshopped pic with the permed out hair is really selling her as Rogue.

It would be a good look for Rogue IMO.

I think having keke as rogue would really help with the chemistry. Like back in the day, the big three women of the x-men were Jean, Storm and rogue (obviously now Emma and Psylocke are there too). Like my point is seeing keke with Jean and Storm would be super cool as well as with the others
