To be honest, I don't think there will be. There might, but at the same time it might just be something the audience has to accept.

I wonder if Disney called them up and said they had to change the costume since they have rights to the merchandise. Maybe he also has to look right since he will be joining up with the Avengers?

You have to admit, the raised webbing does not look as pronounced as it did with Raimi's films. Also looks a lot more black, doesn't it?

I think it was a metaphor. The guy in the video represents Marc Webb/Sony.

Or it could be interpreted as "Thank God, a new suit. Screw the old one." While the middle finger represents the phrase "Burn in hell.

I doubt that since none of the Avengers are 100% comics accurate.
