Green Goblin II and Sandman have both been defeated in the past and

decided to team up and take down Spider-Man. Harry has seen Peter and

Gwen hanging out lately and knew she was important to him. He knew

kidnapping her would make him come. He didn’t want to kidnap Mary Jane

because he still liked her.

Peter has just gotten rid of the Symbiote in the church where Eddie

Brock was and the Symbiote went to Eddie. Happy of getting rid of the alien

substance, Peter returns to his Apartment taking off his Spider-Man mask and

notices 2 messages on his machine. He checks the earliest one and it’s Gwen

asking if they could go on a date sometime that week. (Peter had broken up

with Mary Jane) Peter smiles and checks the next one before calling her back

with a “yes“. The next message we hear Gwen in the back round screaming

and yelling “Help!” as Green Goblin II says “You’ve taken my father’s life and

it’s time you’ve realized the pain! His voice gets deeper and more sinister.

“Meet me here at her apartment by 7:29 because her life ends a minute

after…” Goblin chuckles and then the phone clicks. Peter’s smile died when he

had heard the message. He wasn’t going to let somebody else die. The clock

read 7:22. He quickly puts his mask back on. We see the outside sky. Dark,

the sun is setting and there’s a pinkish purple color in the sky along with some

red. Spider-Man swings out the window and swings very fast to her

apartment.

Inside Gwen’s apartment there’s a balcony with two open doors. The

wind is blowing the curtains. We see a close up of Green Goblin’s face looking

down at Gwen who we can see reflecting in his eyes. Gwen is tied up in a

chair with a few bruises and scratch marks on her from trying to get away

from the Goblin. She had fallen into a few things while running earlier. Gwen

asks with a scared deep voice, “Why are you doing this to me?” “Revenge.

It‘s all revenge.” Harry replied. The clock read 7:28 and then Harry slowly

pulled out a sword from his belt. Gwen looks terrified.

Spider-Man came through the open balcony windows and landed on the

floor. “Let her go! You don‘t understand what happened!” (About his father)

he yelled. As Spider-Man said that there was sand pouring through a vent

onto the floor. Spider-Man’s Spider Sense went off but he didn’t move in time

to dodge Sandman’s enlarged arm smacking him out the window through a

skylight of another building. Spider-Man lands on top of a desk crushing it. It

looks like an office building. Sandman pours through the broken sky light and

piles up on the floor making himself. Spider-Man gets up and hits him. His fist

went through Sandman not doing any harm. Sandman fell on top of him as

sand and then his face formed in it. (Like the cover when he first appeared in

a comic) He was weighing Spider-Man down, then Spider-Man rolled out of it

and rolled into a water dispenser. The big jug on top of it hit the floor hard

and exploded. Water went everywhere. Sandman screamed and shielded his

eyes as if he was afraid of it. Spider-Man saw that he didn’t like water.

Before he could do anything else Sandman made his hand into a hammer and

hit Spider-Man out a window and into a construction site.

Spider-Man got up struggling as if something was pushing on his back.

He was just knocked out of a tall building. The ground was dirt and there was

some construction equipment around along with a metal frame building.

Sandman came down from building in sand and blended in with the dirt there.

Green Goblin also arrived on his glider with a cackle. He threw a bomb and it

exploded weakening the steel building frame on the building that was being

built. Spider-Man stood up and shot a web at the frame building taking himself

to it. Then got to the very top by using jumps and webs. He perched at the

top as Green Goblin pulled out a small sword from his belt heading towards

Spider-Man. Spider-Man lunged himself at him in the air and landed with him

on top of his glider. Spider-Man punched Goblin in the face once then Goblin

cut his leg stunning Spider-Man for a second then pushed him off. Spider-Man

shot a web and prevented a very painful fall while hitting the ground. Goblin,

meanwhile, didn’t notice the frame building ahead of him. He tried moving out

of the way but the left end of his glider hit it showering sparks everywhere.

The glider landed hardly on the ground making Goblin fall off onto the ground.

Spider-Man got up and sand started swirling around him. In a annoyed voice

Spider-Man said “Oh crap.” then Sandman hit him to the floor. Sandman was

towering above Spider-Man who was leaning against a pile of dirt. Spider-Man

remembered the water dispenser inside the building and how the water

frightened Sandman. Spider-Man saw a wheel against a wall in the

construction site and looked behind Sandman where he saw a pipe dripping

with water. He knew this was perfect. He shot a web at the wheel then

pulled. Water shot out from the pipe hitting Sandman. Spider-Man got up,

punched Sandman a few times and noticed it was harming him because

Sandman’s expressions looked like he was being hurt. The water shut off

because it was out and needed to be pumped again. Spider-Man’s vision was

a little blurry from the water spraying on his lenses. He did see Sandman

looking almost normal again though, but not enough to fight. Spider-Man was

hit by an unknown figure into a pile of bricks. A black blur lands on the ground

in front of Sandman making a little dust come around it’s feet. We see a close

up of sharp teeth with a tongue come at the screen very fast. Then we see

Venom’s mouth take a big chunk out of Sandman. Sandman looks frightened

at its looks and what it did. He melts to the floor in sand and goes down a

drain. We see who it was. Venom. He looks like the comic version and is

about the same size as Spider-Man but his arms are a little bigger. He has the

evil white eyes and sharp teeth with a long tongue. He looks scary. He saw

Harry over there lying on the floor but didn’t think he would get up. Venom looks

ticked and excited as we hear some bricks hitting the ground. He turns

around to the big pile of bricks where he hit Spider-Man and smiles.

Spider-Man comes up in a hurry making dust fly everywhere. His mask is

ripped off and his head is visible, his costume has some tears in it. He couldn’t

see two feet ahead of him. All of a sudden Venom lunges through the dust

towards the camera with his arms reached out and his teeth and tongue

showing. He tackles Spider-Man and they slide in the ground. Venom is on top

of Spider-Man showing his teeth smiling. He says “Remember us?!” then uses

his claws to dig in to Spider-Man’s stomach. Spider-Man gives a terrifying

scream and we see a painful look on his face. Saliva is dripping on Spider-Man

from Venom’s mouth. Venom is still smiling as he pulls his hand out of his

stomach with blood on it. Spider-Man looks at the face in horror. Venom’s

face pulls back to show Eddie’s. “Eddie?!” Spider-Man asked in surprise. “NO!”

Venom yelled while making the Symbiote come back over his face. He throws

Spider-Man to the ground near the frame building. Venom screamed at him as

he walked towards him. “You ruined my life, took my girlfriend, (Gwen) got me

fired from my job, and took my home away from me!” Venom picks up

Spider-Man with both hands around his neck as he says “But now you’re

gonna’ pay! From now on we are poison to you!” He throws Spider-Man

against the frame building as he says “We are VENOM!”

Venom comes up to Spider-Man who is getting up. He grabs him by the

neck with his left hand and pins him against the wall. He leans his head in six

inches away from Spider-Man’s face. His tongue is close to his face too.

Venom puts his tongue in and snarls. In a really low menacing voice he says

“I wanna’ eat your brains…” Venom punches Spider-Man twice in the face

with his right hand really hard. The blows sound painful. He then shoves his

knee into Spider-Man’s stomach. Venom throws Spider-Man to one of the

lower frames and jumps up on it next to Spider-Man. He kicks Spider-Man’s

face knocking it into the air and punches it while it‘s in the air. A long thin

tentacle comes out of his hand. Venom swings his arm smacking Spider-Man

with it. We see Harry look at the fight and sees that Venom is doing this to

his best friend. Harry realizes that he himself has been wrong doing this the

whole time. Harry decides to help his friend. Spider-Man tries to hit Venom

but Venom catches his fist then twists it making a cracking noise. Spider-Man

screams. His wrist is hurt, not broken. Venom holds his fist in the air about

to do the finishing blow, he snarls then says, “Burn in Hell.” Venom’s fist flies

towards Spider-Man’s gut but Harry comes between Spider-Man and Venom

taking the blow. Venom’s arm goes through Harry’s chest and we see a spray

of blood. Spider-Man is shocked. Harry falls to the frame and lies there barely

alive. Venom smiles. Spider-Man is ticked and remembers the bell at the

church. He jumps to the floor and Venom follows him. Spider-Man grabs a

metal bar as Venom is coming towards him and hits the frame making a

clanging sound. Venom holds his ears and screams. “What’s happening?!” he

yells. Spider-Man does it three more times and sees the Symbiote going wild

on Venom then it slides off revealing Brock. Spider-Man catches him as he

falls. He puts him on the floor and webs him there. The Symbiote slides

through a crack in a building escaping.

Spider-Man quickly jumps to where Harry is and sees that he’s barely

alive. He asks Harry, “Can you hear me?!” and tears are coming to Peter’s

eyes. Harry makes a smile and says, “Pete, I’m so sorry. Please forgive me. I

was wrong *coughs up a little blood* to blame my father’s death on you. I’m

so sorry” “Harry?!” Peter cries out. “No! Somebody help!” Harry smiles “Bye

Pete.” and closes his eyes leaving nothing but a empty body. Peter holds

Harry close to him and cries.

The End.
Then we just see the end of the movie, what happens with Gwen, some other stuff and after that the credits.

My ideal ending would have peter going to mary jane after taking the symbiote suit off to apologize for everything since they have broken up and she is very close to harry now. He tells her he has to find sandman because he has just escaped prison. Before she can say anything he puts his mask on and takes off. Harry later goes to MJ's apartment but she tells him that she loves peter and asks harry to help him defeat sandman and bring him back safe. Meanwhile peter notices a disturbance and relaizes it is sandman growing at a construction site. He tries his best to fight sandman but realizes he cannot harm him at this state. After sandman gives him a massive punch peter has to dodge his attack through the construction site. One of sandmans attacks catches spidey knocking him to the ground. Just when it seems like sandman is going to finish him off a pupmkin bomb flies at sandmans head exploding, seeming to kill him. Harry should be wearing his fathers full suit at this time with some color and equipment modifications, but the same glider. He goes down to peter which is now standing up and tells him that MJ loves him and that he's sorry for everything. We see a dark figure jump off a building from a distance back towards harry. Peters mask is off and we see his eyes widen but before he can say anything venom lands on harry with a massive punch. Harry is knocked out. Venom goes up to spidey and picks him up by the throat. The symbiotes exposes eddies and he smile. The symbiote covers his head again and venom says, "Time to play parker!" After kicking the crap out of spiderman for a while we see sandmans body forming again. Sandman grabs spidey after venom punches him towards him and begins to crush spidey in his hand. Venom sees this and does some jumps landing on sandmans shoulder. he says "Hes ours" and bites sandman in the neck who immediately begins to dissolve, screaming in pain. After landing on the ground venom says "goodbye spiderman" lifting his foot up ready to cruch petes head. Just than harry comes at venom with the blades out on his glider. He actually impales venom but venom just pulls the blades out impales harry with his sharp claws. He throws him to the ground and now peter is pissed, he punches venom a couple of times but venom doesnt seem to be affected by spideys attacks. Venom grabs a sharp piece of metal and hurls it at peter who jumps up and webs the piece of metal and hits it against the building beeing constructed amking a loud noise which causes venom to scream in pain. peter realizes this and keeps doing it. Eventually the symbiote leaves brocks body leaving him bleeding where harry's glider hit him. Peter goes to harry whos is spitting out blood and says he sorry for everything, for killing his father and for becoming what he became with the symbiote on. Harry says he forgives him and to take care of MJ his last words are, "your my best friend." the movie ends with peter at harry's grave like in the first movie but this time he ends up engaged to mary jane with an engagement ring on her finger. thats pretty much it

I am still really confused... I know it wouldn't be wise to doubt the Q & A... but I still can't picture Venom and Sandman teaming up... we know Sandman has a sick kid... Venom wants to kill Parker... their motives are kinda different... it's just the stupidest idea ever to team these idiots up... I am just hoping Sadnman is killed in the water scene setting up Venom Spidey 1v1...

I would start the ending with Peter arguing with aunt May. She says to him that "I know your secret Peter and you have changed, you are not the same Peter that Ben and I raised and loved". "I don't know who you are anymore and please don't come to this house ever again" Then Peter yells at her and says " what are you saying” with his angry symbiote eyes while grabbing aunt May by her arms and shaking her then May has a heart attack, Peter rushes to the hospital with her, but it was to late she dies in his arms after Peter says to her while crying that he loves her and that is not him, is the symbiote that has changed him. After May dies, he leaves the hospital yelling and crying.

Peter goes to the church bell tower to speak to God about his sins and Brock is there telling God to kill peter. Peter then tries to rip off the suit from his body but he can’t. When the bell rings symboite starts weakening and leaves peter’s body. Meanwhile Brock is still praying and when he stops the suit finds him and Venom is born. Meanwhile Sandman is putting the final touches to his plan to destroy Spiderman. He goes to the construction site and stars a massacre. JJJ is calling in the news for Spiderman to go and fight Sandman. Peter sees the news, but is feeling like crap with what happened to aunt may and doesn’t care anymore. Just as he is going to turn off the TV he remembers aunt May’s speech when she is moving out from her house to the small apartment in SM2 and stars to cry. He then goes to the site even though he knows that he’s no match against Sandman without the symboite. He goes there and a King Kong type Sandman is betting him like he’s never been beaten before. Everyone is seeing this on tv including MJ and she calls Harry for help. Harry is in his home preparing to leave NY and start a new life somewhere else and giving up being the black bomber (or whatever name raimi has for him) for good. MJ calls and begs him to help Peter saying that he’s the only one that can help him. He then goes to the lair and everything has been destroyed (he was planning quiting being a villian) but finds only his father costume (the only thing he didn’t destroyed for sentimental reasons) and finds the last bottle of the PE formula in the pocket of his fathers costume.


Drinks it, puts his father’s suit and with the original prototype glider (the first one invented by his dad) goes to help Peter. He arrives and there is Sandman about to kill Peter and a couple of bombs explode at sandy. Sandy falls to the ground harry picks the unconscious Peter and hides him from Sandy. He and Sandy fight an epic battle for 5 minutes!!! Explosions, sandstorms and everything. Sandy eventually gets the upper hand and when he is about to hurt harry, Peter saves him. They team up and defeat sandman. Everyone is happy peter hugs harry and harry forgive each other for what they have done to each other. When they are about to leave, a BLACK webbing picks harry up and throws him very far into the air and when he hits the ground he’s a mess and unconscious. Peter knowing that he is wounded and tired starts fighting Venom. Venom is toying with him and stars betting him to an inch of his life. Peter then escapes and goes to the bell tower where he took the suit off with the bell sound. Venom follows him and he stars toying with him again takes peter’s mask off and everyone below is watching including JJJ in a helicopter.



When he is about to take peter below so everyone sees who he is, there comes harry again takes peter away from Brock, grabs Brock with a bear hug and a choke hold and yells at peter “throw a bomb at him now!!” Peter says that “ that would kill you, but do nothing to him” Venom breaks loose, kills harry and before he gets to to kill peter, pete rings the bell, the symbiote breaks free and escapes and peter takes a unconscious brock to the hospital. Peter won, harry and sandman are dead, brock is in jail and a crazy voice says to brock. “Hey, you really are a crazy one but not as much as me” What is your name? Eddie says “eddie brock”. His cell mate says demonic laugh “well, mine is Cletus Cassidy. Brock then swears revenge on his cell and peter goes to May’s and Harry’s funeral. Then the same speech about all his close people dying because of him being spiderman and the movie ends.

Well since we can still post heres my idea

At this point in the movie harry is in the hospital from a fight between him an spidey,sandman is still wandering bout an venom has only fought spidey once so know sandman is at the construction site with mj tied up an waiting for spidey spidey comes w/o the black suit he no longer has it an tells sandman to let her go cause dr.connors has invented a cure for sandman sandman of course thinks its too late an begins to attack spiderman he forms a hammer which he throws at spidey numerous times spidey cant attack sandman because he goes right through him everytime after dodging many blows from sandman spidey uses all his might to rip off the to a fire hydrant an uses the top of a garbage can to focus the spilling water at sandman when the water touches him sandman becomes weak an becomes a pile of wet sand the police come to put sandman away and it begins to lightning an rain spidey is aggravted considering he could have just used that advantage but as he looks to release mj he sees her not there an venom jumping off in the distance with her spidey quickly shoots a web an takes off after him venom lands atop a tall building an ties mj to it with his web then turns around to see spidey he begins to laugh an spidey says "Leave her alone brock you dont wanna hurt her you want me come an get me" venom replies by saying "And so we will" in a derranged creepy voice with slime drooling down his long tongue an leaps at spidey spidey punches venom but its no use hes too powerful venom throws spiderman across the roof an spidey just manages to hold on from falling he gets up an venom clobbers him into the rooftop indenting spideys skull into it he then begins to beat spidey almost to death but the sound of something tuns venom away looking around an a orange bomb is lobbed at venom venom catches it an watches it explode in his hand then laughs harry jumps off the glider an starts to fight venom now its harry who is gettin the crap beat out of him as spidey lys there he realizes he has failed everyone an there is nothing he can do he looks over an sees a piece of the symbiote laying ther he reaches over an it begins to take spidey over he gets up an is in a the black suit he cracks his neck an walks over too venom an rips him off off the beaten up harry an throws him off the roof spidey then jumps off the building an lands atop venom who has left a crater in the ground from the fall venom throw spidey off an they begin beating the crap off each other an spidey picks up venom an thows him at a sign on a building wich sparks up an starts a fire venom is indulged by the flames an the symbiote disengrates spidey leaps in an grabs brock for the few secnds he was in the fire saving brock the symbiote on him falls off he drops brock by the cops an jumps back up the rooftop to untie mj finally an looks back to get harry but harry is not there spidey looks up in the sky an sees a trail of smoke.

Proly not the best one but if it were 2 be used i would add more dialogue its just an idea though excuse any typos im sure i made some

COMMON MISCONCEPTION CORRECTED: Sandman is not a villian!

If you look at the teaser poster for Spider-Man 3 with Sandman, he is standing tall protecting his daughter. It seems to me that Raimi is billing the Sandman as a hero from a certain perspective. And Spider-Man/Black Suit is technically a villian in the third film. The Black Suit makes Peter do questionable things.. judging from the leaked Comic Con trailer, Peter seems to throw a Goblin Grenade at GG2 and KILL him. This is further confirmed by an image of Harry in a hospital stretcher.

Therefore, Sandman would never form an alliance with any of the other villians, whether it be GG2/Harry or Venom/Eddie Brock.

More than likely, Sandman will be the new NYC champion, and JJJ will be on his corner and calling for the arrest or destruction of Spider-Man.

Also, Peter Parker will continue to lose his powers (an expansion of the second film's story arc) and he will USE the symbiote to power up.

My Battle-Sequence Speculation:

1. GG2/Spidey Black Suit. Parker has the Black Suit but hasn't given in to its urges yet. Spidey beats GG2, but when the fight seems to be over, Harry tosses Spidey a Goblin Bomb. The Black Suit reacts and tosses it back to Harry, killing him. Parker has seen Harry moving in on Mary, and doesn't shed a tear that the Black Suit has extracted the vengeance normal Peter would never have the guts to seek. He is very twisted by the Black Suit.

2. Sandman/Spidey Black Suit. After the GG2/Spidey battle, the body of Harry Osbourn is found within the wreckage. The public, especially JJJ, think it's cold murder. Sandman, the People's Champion, goes out and duels with Spidey Black Suit. The Black Suit beats Sandman, but Parker resists the urge to kill the Sandman as well despite the Black Suit's desires and instead flees.

3. Sandman/Spidey. Spidey has gotten rid of the Black Suit, but Sandman (and the rest of NYC) still thinks he is a villian and killed Harry Osbourn. The two battle at a construction site... until the Venom shows up and incapicitates the Sandman. Sandman, seeing Eddie in the Black Suit, realizes Parker is innocent only too late.

4. Venom/Spidey. They battle in a busy commerce area of NYC. This is like Bourne Supremecy, close-quarter battles with lots of punches thrown. The fight ultimately ends up at a famous bridge, where Gwen Stacy dies.
