They say a picture is worth 1,000 words, and that picture just physicaly, expressed my fellings, when it comes to DC, and the suscess of Marvel franchises. 1 hand gesture said it all.

I have nothing against DC myself but they don't have much on Marvel as far as movie franchies and for them to start on Wonder Woman before characters like Green Lantern is ridiculous. DC's been part of Time Warner forever so it can't use the same excuse Marvel had early on when it was selling off the movie rights to other studios. If TWX was smart they'd spin-off DC into it's own stock.

Exactly. they are a 2 trick pony, and if they think Wonder Woman is going to jump start anything is a joke. Their idiots when it comes to marketing, and development of charactors, or franchises. Marvel is all over them like a cheep suit. SR took over 4 months to make 200 million. X-Men 3 did it in 17 days. POTC 2 did it in 7 days, so an amusment park ride beat The Man Of Steel. How embarasing.

DC should focus on Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, and then some more obscure ones. The problem is the style of many of their hero's are not so easy to trasnlate with the costumes and all. They did a good job with Batty and Supes. Howabout a LOBO or Sandman film too? WTF...wonder woman? LOL

You'll get no argument out of me. They have no clue, and I wish they would develope some other lesser charactors. Competition is good. It would make all comic to movies better. But right now there is no competition from DC, Marvel is head and sholders above them as far as development goes, and the future is not looking too bright, with SM 3, FF 2, GR, and Iron Man, Silver Surfer, Hulk 2, and others in development, and the best they can come up with is Wonder Woman.

Potc 2 was a monster.any film that would have went up against it would have prolly failed.It broke all previous C.B. movie records(i know, its not a C.B. film)....and I wouldnt be surprised of pirates 3 beats spidey 3.its gonna be close for sure.

I'm not dismissing Pirates cause it'll do huge business but Spiderman 3 has everything the fans could ever want...and more. It's a definate film fans will be going back to see over and over with Venom, Sandman, Goblin, and possibly the last Spidey film w/Tobey. I'm positive Raimi will be back though.
