give him a good script and I think we're gonna see his best film yet.
WB is all in with this film series, I really doubt they will settle for less than the absolute best they can get.
Yeah right!! Watchmen is 10 times better than Avengers. Not to mention the other great films as MOS and 300.But the thing about The Avengers is that for all its simplicity, Avengers is actually a good film. Its not Transformers level quality like some would like to believe. Its definitely more satisfying than most of the films Snyder has made.

But that's all just personal opinion. For me personally, I thought Man of Steel was much better than the Avengers.
When's the last time he had a sequel, let alone two sequels, to work out the issues fans had the first time around? Zack has never directed a sequel before. Sequels can often be a big help. For example:When's the last time he made a film that didn't have people divided on it? He is a flawed and inconsistent filmmaker. Is that really the guy who should be making the first onscreen Justice League film?
But that's all just personal opinion.
Well a comment can be many things. It need not always mean 'hosanna and genuflection for Snyder'.I wonder if someone hates too much this director why he's even here commenting of a TOPIC RELATED TO HIM?
I mean is that possible? I see another thing.
Again with the script. Seriously people, when do you stop blaming the script writing?
When those reviews bashing the movies which are good but then worshipping other average movies? When's the last time he made a film that didn't have people divided on it? He is a flawed and inconsistent filmmaker. Is that really the guy who should be making the first onscreen Justice League film?

You didn't answer my question. If you hate something why bother to post /(&%$ about him?Well a comment can be many things. It need not always mean 'hosanna and genuflection for Snyder'.
This analogy doesn't compute. A better example would be a good mechanic can make a good decent car out of a beat up engine.
The Avengers worked because of its script. It had a very basic story structure but it navigated that with finesse... easily juggling various characters and strands with dialog full of zingers that brought the house down and bravura action sequences.
But the long central section of the film was just the heroes sitting around and talking/arguing. THAT portion worked solely on the charisma and strength of the performances and the writing. Infact people felt that Avengers was like a TV movie. So its strengths were more ingrained than just visuals.
What do you mean pseudo-arguments? I can objectively tell you why his films are flawed, hell even some fans agree with some of those shortcoming observations. It's nothing personal against him, and you don't have to agree, hell I can seem glimpses of what he's capable of and why people like him, but I don't give the man as much credit as others because of his shortcomings in the story and pacing department.
This sentence hurts my brain. Its almost like a riddle. When those reviews bashing them you think are right when there are really good movies, and then worshipping other average movies?
When the script stops being the fundamental element that can make or break a movie, which will never happen. If your script is garbage, then it doesn't matter how pretty your movie looks, it doesn't work.
I'll entertain the notion you might have something worth saying when you can separate Snyder from his projects, and when you can entertain the notion that perhaps, maybe, the shortcomings in his films aren't solely down to the fact that Zack Snyder is attached to them.
When's the last time he had a sequel, let alone two sequels, to work out the issues fans had the first time around? Zack has never directed a sequel before. Sequels can often be a big help. For example:
People were divided on An Unexpected Journey, but a lot more people were satisfied with Desolation of Smaug. And now PJ can take what he's learned an make The a Battle of the Five Armies the best of the trilogy.
That's how I think Zack will progress with these films. It helps that he has Ben Affleck, Chris Terrio and a "rough draft" in MoS to work with this time around.
My point was there seems to be excuses for a man who has in the past delivered such inconsistent films. I've honestly never seen so many fans be so forgiving of a director. Even Nolan never got that luxury.
What, you can't admit it to yourself he may be the problem?
Are you talking about Snyder? What the heck? People **** on him all the time, the general audience is not forgiving of Snyder at all.
You do seem to miss an awful late, might be your wont. You must have specially missed the part where the avengers was universally acclaimed by critics and audiences alike to be a very funny, engaging and rousing piece of engagement or missed its 1.5 billion dollars or might have missed seeing it what an audience which would have laid all doubts to rest as to how the audience was responding to it. Or maybe you don't have a sense of humor. Or maybe you are a DC fan.I must have missed the part where The Avengers, as good a movie as it no doubt is, became a thespian and comedic masterpiece.
